Look Communications Inc....a "Stock to Watch" LKC-v...is a wireless broadband carrier, delivering a full spectrum of communications services including digital television distribution, high speed Internet access and Web-related services. The company recently announced an agreement to sell it's shares in Inukshuk Internet to Microcell for $150 million plus an agreement to provide wholesale access services to Look in return. This deal not only allows Look to significantly reduce their bank debt but it provides the operating expenses to implement their "new business plan."
