Instant Analysis: CORV Update

A reminder that my "instant" analysis is technically based. I do not do any research on the fundamentals of the stocks I make technical comments on, nor do I trade them myself. Readers should perform their own due diligence and always use risk and money management techniques to protect capital.

That said, the bounce up to test the downtrend line is just that. The low has NOT been tested, and on this bounce, I do expect sellers to come in one more time. If you have read Trader's Vic's book, Methods of a Wall Street Master, we can put on one of the 1-2-3 lines here, pending the test. If we get a single "down" day, meaning a day with a lower low and lower high compared to the day before, we will then be able to put a pink line parallel to the one we have drawn at the low, to form a trading range - marking out an area of POTENTIAL trend change, pending a test of the low.
