(Nasdaq:TMWD - news), a leading provider of mission critical messaging solutions, today announced the release of Tumbleweed Messaging Management System(TM) (MMS(TM)) Message Monitor 4.7. Tumbleweed's newest messaging management product, MMS Message Monitor 4.7 provides e-mail archiving, monitoring and reporting capabilities that enable brokerage and investment firms to comply with both corporate and regulatory guidelines, such as the SEC's regulations governing archiving e-mail messages.
Six of the top ten brokerage firms in the United States use Message Monitor 4.7 to manage digital archiving, scalability, monitoring and reporting on e-mail traffic. Message Monitor works in conjunction with Tumbleweed MMS to secure, monitor and manage the e-mail communication stream between brokers, partners and customers on the Internet. The new Message Monitor 4.7 increases Message Monitor digital archiving capacity by approximately 60%. With this enhanced capacity, customers who deploy Message Monitor 4.7 can archive over 2 million e-mail messages per workday. Message Monitor also provides an indexed database for quick retrieval of messages, browser-based interface and tiered reviewer structure.
