Baltimore agreed to take your brightest high school student to give a shot at a better education in the Baltimore school system. Unfortunately, he was actually given a shot yesterday, and is no longer part of the program. Bob, These things are bound to happen from time to time but we must not let them foreshadow what was a truly compassionate and generous gesture. After all, it is widely known that Baltimore has the finest reform schools in the country no doubt due to the enormous number of "graduates." After corresponding with you over the past few weeks I can see you have greatly benefited from growing up in those fine institutions. BTW When you finally get released and find yourself a room at the local YMCA remember that the funny round thing on the door is called a "knob." You just have to turn it clockwise and the door will open. (The doors on the "outside" are usually not electronically opened and closed.) NM
