Steve, When the various flash companies complete their earnings announcements and CCs later this month, let's see if we can collect the earnings and revenues for the various companies attributable to flash and put them in a table. It sounds like AMD's fourth quarter with respect to flash was very strong and that AMD's flash revenues doubled in year 2000. It also sounds like AMD is looking for 40% growth in flash for year 2001. I am not clear whether the 40% growth is AMD's projection for the flash industry as a whole, or is the projection for AMD's flash revenue growth for year 2001. Either way, 40% growth is pretty substantial growth. I did not listen to yesterday's AMD CC myself, but I believe this second hand information to be reliable.

Best, Huey
