To ALL In Reference to post #493 in this thread. I wish to thank my lawyer Eric Turkewitz for representing me in the lawsuit I found myself. I live in Florida and this suit was filed in Federal Court in Manhattan. I have never met Mr. Turkewitz but he felt strongly enough about the first amendment to work my case pro-bono. This morning he called me & said the case has been dismissed against me. If I had to pay to defend myself it would have taken 12 years of my retirement to do so. That is a big deterrant to individuals who post on the internet,I believe it stifles free expression on this very new medium.
