How about no new nuclear power plants in 20 years and the population nearly doubles. Then they cap the power bills. Now they want to blame anyone but themselves. Time for the people to pay the Piper. Kind of similar to relying on OPEC for oil and crying foul when they jack the prices. The "environmentalists" love to consume but scream when prices hit the fan...Looks like "western" hipocrisy at it's best. Jim
