NASDAQ UNIT LOOKS AT FUNNY FINANCIALS

FROM WSJ:"The Nasdaq Stock Market created a new unit to investigate questionable claims by its listed companies.

The Nasdaq said its "listings investigations unit" is expected to be headed by Gary Sundick, a veteran regulator who currently is associate director of the Securities and Exchange Commission's enforcement division. The new unit aims to spot companies, especially those on Nasdaq's SmallCap Market, that have falsified or inflated assets, revenue or other qualifications to be listed on Nasdaq. The SmallCap Market includes some 2,000 companies that meet less stringent listing qualifications than the Nasdaq National Market."
If we find something that doesn't add up, perhaps sending info to these guys might catalyze recognition of same.
