Greg,

I have been and will be monitoring this board for some time to come. I too have been in close contact to Bruce Benge CFO. However, he did not shed much light on the companies future prospects. Basically he told me that the SEC had completed all their work but they were waiting for the company to raise some capital.

Any thoughts.
