Now WAIT A MINUTE! I thought the Palomino core (ex Mustang core) was going to address the power consumption problem irregardless of
PowerNow. So no they are telling us that the Palomoano will still suck power like the T-bird and because of that it will just be capable of a slight
bump in MHZ?????

Not exactly what I said, but I am concerned that they are having a hell of a time reducing power outside of PowerNow! -- which does little for desktop frequency scaling. But this is just my guess (but the delays seems to indicate the same).
