I know there are many people out there who actually have a real need for an SUV (e.g. those who need the interior capacity and/or off-road capabilities more than twice a year). But a lot of SUV owners out there could have easily managed with a more fuel-efficient car. 2) Do you believe in releasing price controls and letting the free market pressure California into conserving more electricity?
