It may be just your opinion, but I think you've nailed it. SUNW growth is max'd out in the top-end arena and they're desperately trying to grab some of the volume market. I'd be concerned if I was a SUNW investor.

This Qs expected EPS and stock price

MSFT .47 and $55

SUNW .16 and $34

That doesn't add up especially if you consider that SUNW's growth spurt is most likely coming to an end. And, MSFT is just about to begin an acceleration of growth. Looks like MSFT should be about $75 and SUNW should be about $25.
