Interesting interview with Patrick Elliot of AEYS about the GRNO marketing and representation agreement for Mexico. You will have to register (free).

12 1/2 million barrels of waste oil in Mexico that currently cost about $11/barrel to dispose of.

* Cites Vicente Fox and George Bush's efforts to clean up environment.

* Only 6 refineries in Mexico.

* ExIm bank support.

* Will target PEMEX at first as potential customer.

* Will locate processors along rail head in certain urbanized regions. Waste oil and outgoing final product to be transported by rail.

* Win, Win scenario for all parties involved...

* Most unique opportunity in Pat Elliot's 30 years in the oil business. (Seems very impressed with GRNO's technology)

* Commission structure for AEYS...

* Has already one meeting with energy officials in Mexico who are currently waiting for Elliot to return and present the proposal to the political branch of the energy department. Considered "politically correct" to use this technology.

* Should have early indications on contractural considerations within 90 days, and potentially commence manufacturing within another 90 days.

* hopes to take Mexican officials to S. Carolina shortly after his next trip in order to demonstrate technology.

* Competition? NO COMPETITION in this technology that they have seen. Some make small refineries. Uniqueness is in the patent and the usage of the Thermal Oxidizer.
