For anyone who cares to pick up hundred dollar bills off the sidewalk, a look at SMOP is worth while. That's the one I also bought warrants on (SMOPW).

The company is being acquired as of the end of April for cash or stock, option of owner, $4.71 a share cash or stock in acquiring company. At this moment it is selling at $4.17 a share.

As you suggested, some lawyer might do something with the perpetual warrants, but the stock offer is out there on the table.

Of course who knows? If I could sleep with Madonna, I wouldn't, and maybe this stock is in the same category. It sure looks like a cut and dried 12% gain in 14 weeks to me. But I have bought all I care to.
