Wow.. heard there is now a 4th suitor... None other than AT&T has been looking at DIGX's books for a month now I am told. Analysts say that DIGX is ripe for takeover since they only have the cash to survive through the 3rd quarter and is one of 2 prime buyout targets in the industry the other being PSINet.
