Clearwater, FL January 18, 2001// Integrated Marketing Professionals, Inc. (IMPI) (OTC
BB: POKR) announced that it has terminated its definitive agreement with Bye Bye
Now.com to acquire IMPI. The original agreement, signed on October 7, 1999, in a
mutual decision by the two Companies has been nullified. The acquisition was to have
been completed at the time of ByeByeNow.com’s Initial Public Offering in 2000. The
Company did not complete an IPO in 2000 and remains a privately held entity.
It has become obvious that the terms of the agreement will not be satisfied in the time
allotted. Casino Airlink believes that improved operating results in the year 2000 and the
new marketing efforts will lead to increased shareholder value for Casino Airlink
Shareholders in the future.
