ConSyGen completes audited financials

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 3, 1997--ConSyGen Inc. (NASDAQ:BB - news) announced today the completion and filing
with the SEC of its audited financial statements.

ConSyGen has filed with the SEC a Current Report on Form 8-K, which contains the company's audited consolidated financial
statements as of Dec. 31, 1996 and 1995, and the related consolidated statements of operations, changes in stockholders' deficit
and cash flows for each of the three years in the period ended Dec. 31, 1996.

In addition, ConSyGen has also filed with the SEC an amendment to a Current Report of Form 8-K, which includes audited
financial statements for the years ended Dec. 31, 1995 and 1994, of ConSyGen Inc., the Arizona cooperation that ConSyGen
acquired in Sept. 1996.

ConSyGen Inc. is a Phoenix-based software company that provides conversion/correction services with its proprietary
technologies. The company's ConSyGen 2000 (patent pending) software is a fully-automated toolset that can automatically correct
dates in both source code and data to be compliant for the Year 2000 and beyond. The company's ConSyGen Conversion toolset
