Oh man.....this California energy fiasco is going to go down in history as one of the government's biggest blunders. I can't believe the city of San Francisco is dumb enough to think the companies conspired to cause this. In trying to protect the people from paying the real price in energy they now have effectively cut off the supply. Sound a little like the old Soviet Union? Cheap prices with no goods to be found. The City and State should sue itself.
