Europe very strong for Sunw! Gross margin held firm - similiar to 1st half of the year. Some component shortages. SG&A - reflects management's action "proactive" - 1140 new employees...includes 100 new employees dedicated to storage exclusively. A lot of new hires to be in services. SG&A to be lower compared to Q3. Growth rate estimated going forward 30%-35% - a reduction from previous estimates but still a dooable target. CC continues.... EKS
