I feel a good deal of sympathy for Reagan's condition, though I saw as much of the shit from his administration as anyone here, and a good deal more than most. I don't think any of his policies could really be described as his. The man learned his lines, hit his marks, and did his honest best for his producers and directors; what more can you expect from any actor?

An honorable effort, even if it was for a cause that was in many parts less than honorable....
