Ken, On the NAS listing requirement this is what I found. nasdaq.com The only thing I do not know has to do with the $5 requirement. I thought they had to stay above $5 for a certain period of time. They applied over 90 days ago and were over $5 at that time. Maybe one of the other guys will be able to clarify the rules? Joe
