Re-shorting GUMM at this point would probably be a good move. The stock has failed to break through $10 and seems set to continue it's death spiral. I would wait for their "earnings" report and hope for a brief spike to short into. If it does continue to go down, it looks like $5 is the next stop. Then we get into the typical death twitch were the stock oscillates between marginable and not marginable. I made a lot of money shorting those twitch's with ZONA and I expect GUMM to be just as much fun.

As for Danny Boy, I find it hilarious that he would threaten to undertake a lengthy and expensive lawsuit against you when he recently posted on Yahoo that he wouldn't be around too much in the future because of the imminent birth of his first child and because "there are more important things in life" than arguing about stocks on a message board. I find it curious that a faceless internet personality whose identity, whereabouts, and credentials are unverifiable would be so concerned about their "reputation" on a stock message board. I find it equally curious that
somebody who has no vested interest in a stock outside of being a common share holder would write reports like the following and circulate it on the internet with the intent of "selling" a stock to institutional investors:
