I'm not saying that the out of state power sellers aren't gouging what I'm saying is that California set themselves up TO BE GOUGED...California has a habit of doing this. Had California allowed the local power companies to build more power plants all this wouldn't be happening. The other option was to put a gate on California but that's unconstitutional. Jim
