Their backlog probably saved them this quarter. It's very possible that their sales are slowing quite a bit more than it appears at first glance. I'd be careful applying trailing growth rates to forward growth rates. MSFT was growing at 60 - 70% in the late 90s and we all know that came to a sudden halt. MSFT has stabilized and is now beginning it's next growth phase, IMO. It's possible that SUNW will need to go through a low-growth / consolidation phase of their own in the coming year or two.
