It's cash in the bank. The closing is set for 3/31, and the PEX stock price is set at $10.00. Jim, could you explain this a little further? Does it require shareholder approval? What does a $10 PEX mean? Thanks. Your attempts to understand and reason with Slider are well-meaning but totally futile. The guy is a borderline psychotic. Easily the strangest dude I have ever encountered on the net, bar none. I can't think of anyone else even close. Don't try to figure him out. Sigmund Freud and a roomful of shrinks couldn't do that. He may be one of the biggest reasons that SI finally installed the "ignore" feature. I haven't read a word from that nutball in six months. John
