Out of APCC at $16 today as the California blackouts continue. I figure that the recent spike will level off. That could be completely off key, if they get worse, but my sense is that the California Governor is getting closer to solving the problems and thus electrical supplies will have less visibility. Anyway a nice scalp for no strain.
