Baird, I was talking about an SEC mandated "quiet period". It is my understanding that companies going through an IPO are required to refrain from public comments. That is quite different than what is going on here. BTW, I feel that ASND/CSCC refraining from public comment at this juncture is wise, since anything that is said could result in a delay of the merger.
