willcousa , what the undervote was as a percentage of anything has no meaning. If you recall during the election when the counties requesting a recount were asked if there was any problem with the counting machinery the answer was a universal NO. Do you also recall later on in the process one of the counties wanted to use the original count as the 2nd count was short. The 2nd count was short because a Human has forgotten to feed a couple of hundred cards into the counting machine.
