flats, one further interesting point is that the Utes defaulted on $250 million worth of payments to BC Hydro (of which I am a customer).

BC hydro (owned by the province) were planning to give the folks up here a "dividend" from the massive profits which they had made last year selling NG...particularly to California. Needless to say, the dividend has been cancelled (Thanks a lot Cali!)
