Hi. What's the trick to get IR to return phone calls? I'm really interested in this company, and have some technical type questions based on 25 years as a respiratory therapist. Is it a policy not to say a whole lot?

I haven't really called a lot of companies, mostly 'cuz I don't quite know what to ask; others do it for me. However, the one thing I probably know better than anything else in the world is topical pulmonary chemotherapy, so I would really like to speak to somebody about it. TIA
