Hi Bill,... But ...But...BUT Did you notice 19.6 Bil. went into money market funds. Is this money getting ready to be invested? My guess is it is. Unhappy fund investors moving money to be invested in other funds. Some awaiting the second rate cut. You are right we are in normal reversal area on the VIX 27. Yet, given the present Fed situation, and closing above the NASDAQ downtrend top line indicates we can go higher. THE BEAR MARKET IS OVER!!! This doesn't mean there won't be pull backs to buy. Skeet
