Neil Woodyer is a Director of Bema and Principal @ Endeavour Capital. Mr. Woodyer has also amased millions of dollars in fees and options from Bema through Endeavour and himself, He was also the financial advisor for Arian Resources when Bema "bought" Arian from Tony Williams et al, (another former Bema Board member). Should also be noted Mr. Woodyer is one of two on Bema's compensation committee. As well Mr. Johnson and Mr. Woodyer just started a new junior venture company listed on the Canadian Venture Exchange- Dunsmuir Ventures (DVV).
