Dear Steve Lee: You know, basically I am very conservative and there was a time I would have agreed with your comment, "I wont invest in anything with a PEG ratio greater then 1" However, I have come to learn that using JUST ratios is dangerous. One must factor in the RISK of maintaining the growth used in calculating the PEG ratio. Those companies which are consistent, fairly predictable and growing well often have worse PEG ratios then other more riskier entities which may or MAY NOT continue their growth. I bought early in 1999 some companies who had PEG ratios WAY UNDER ONE. Steve, I LOST MY ASS. Now, I have returned to RELIABLE companies with good growth and worry LESS about the PEG ratio. JDN
