A year ago just like others on this board he was foreseeing an SP price of a buck or so, which I don't think is the case now. He didn't foresee SP misbehavior, and neither did we. G* either didn't tell him the truth or lied to him [let's ask Clinton if there's a difference], which is what we got from G*. The guy's human, and in looking as far down a dark ill-lit road as possible I feel he is as good as they come. He makes mistakes on whether individual companies or technology actually make money, but the impressive thing is that the technology he touts almost always works and is an improvement from a TECHNOLOGY standpoint. I don't know of any major exceptions to this. He has picked some poor companies with good technology, but no one bats a thousand. We might as well blame Babe Ruth for all those strikeouts he amassed on the way to hitting his home runs. I'm grateful for JDSU, QCOM, ATML, which all help to pay for my losses here.

I don't think he's evading responsibilty. On his board he said "brother, was I wrong". Adding further explanation isn't evasion, IMO.
