<has delayed reporting to log previously un-reported/collected revenue into the books for a better Q report> They better not do this in my opinion. They could and should comment on whatthey did collect though. COVD has said they will report this revenue on a cash basis, when received. If they add/account for these delinquent monies received in mid/late January in the Quarter ended December than this is not 'cash basis'. It should not be in the December quarter numbers. But should be in the quarter numbers of when it was received.
