Neil: Last I heard, New Hampshire had no income tax. The top fed rate is 39% Looks like this guy sold more than he needed to cover taxes. As to this being reported earlier/old news, the 144 form was filed yesterday---are you aware of other sales. As to the 100,000 share block, shares issued by a company do not go over the tape, ---perhaps it was oxley or lutz
