I share your vision of telecommuting however big business hasn't fully embraced it yet. It's coming though. On the downside it allows people to live in pristine, environmentally sensitive areas and the ecological pressures are increased there...They will be piling more and more into your precious Colorado, even into mountain areas. The situation has arrived where you will have those already there trying to keep out those who want to come. Just like Oregon and Washington of yesteryear. Really hard to win with the population increasing at it's current rate. And I'm not even addressing the much greater rate of population increase in undeveloped countries... The move from high tax states to low tax states will also will also be a factor driving up Real Estate prices and cause the locals great consternation. Jim
