From my reading of the tea leaves and the sector, I think we hit bottom at the 8 1/2 to 10 range. We will now build off of that base, but I suspect a pretax season selloff. Some other analysts feel that this is only a temporary slowdown in mid cycle. Regardless, I loaded up on MTSN prior to the new year, and I may lighten up around 15.

How does the INTC increased capex spending impact your outlook of the Niles' and Joseph's view? TIA.
