Repaps Annual Report describes its current financial state and is probably the reason for the price decline. Management have arranged their Golden Handshakes and pensions in the event that they are terminated or are replaced. It is disturbing to know that management is more concern in arranging their million dollar buyouts rather than running the company. Does anyone know if this will be discussed and will be put vote at the shareholders meeting?
