Elaine Garzarelli, someone who I like, just said on CNBC that CSCO is a screaming buy. I believe this is a major error. It falls in the category of buying on the way down. The stock may have put in a short term bottom, but you can't trust it. Once a big company forms a major H&S distributional top and acts like it is now, the stock is quietly telling you that fundamentals are eroding far faster than Chambers knows or is willing to admit to himself.
