RE:"Boulder County is managing growth in a sensible fashion." You just said Boulder was buying up all the extra available land. Sounds like they want to pull the ladder up to me. Of coarse they will call it "managed growth". In reality they want metered, slow, growth to their standards... I'm not making a value judgement on their actions, just observations...based on history.
