So, what happened to the IPO? This is what the web site says:

Ongoing Investment Opportunities
Terabeam is not a publicly traded company and has no immediate plans for an IPO. Terabeam is not accepting any additional funding at this time but will make an announcement prior to opening any other rounds if and when they occur.
