I spoke with IR. They said the NUAN license was expected and was all but sewn up in the fall. They were surprised that NUAN put out a release at this time. Obviously, it took until now to finalize the agreement between GM and NUAN.

They viewed the release as a non-event, but did seem a bit annoyed as to how much credit NUAN is giving themselves for their role in Virtual Advisor. And, GM has publicly stated it will not affect their relationship with GMGC. Of course, anything could happen down the road.
