Hi Jake, Francois & all - well, that explains why the stk has been creeping up even in the BB mkt. Of course, fundamental is still question b/c of the state of the sector right now. That said, I am somewhat encouraged. To say the least, with the financial statement in place, there is a good probability that VARL will get back to the regular mkt. The longer term catalyst, other than biz fundamental, which is still viable, IMHO, will be a permanent CEO or even one or more new director.
