Fran, congratulations! One interesting twist here is that because the judge granted your dismissal based on jurisdiction, he never had to rule on your proposed Rule 11 sanctions against the plaintiffs (see siliconinvestor.com. This after making you wait for six months. Seems to me he took the easy way out. Oh well, the good news is you won on your own terms; you refused to roll over. You and Atty. Turkewitz can sleep well knowing you made it that much easier for the next person who, sadly, may be in your past position.
