Rande I still think there is something outthere that will hurt the NASD! Wouldn't that be fear of the unknown? I am bullish ahead of FOMC meeting. Though we will not see many consecutive up days. . .but rather I still feel we will have more down days than up, though the up days will be strong enough to erase the losses and then some. . .so far this is how all of January has progressed. . . I don't see it changing all that much looking forward. If today was stronger, I might have changed my views. . . but today had much churning. . . . the only question remaining is whether the churning was on the short or long sides. You are right about those hot new optical stocks. But again, the question is . . . is one of these the next Ciena? Or are they becoming bait? Rande Is
