Re. options expiry They managed to knock almost $4.00 off Cisco to make it close at $40. The stock was traded at $44+ this morning. To repeat my message to novice option player (once more): When a stock is still in a down trend (such as QCOM has been since November), it is NOT smart to buy front month or short-term AT the money (or Near the money) call options. These options would serve to cap the stock price even more. If you think the stock is undervalued, buy the stock it self, for heaven's sake! Ibexx
