FWIW - From Danwilson_Yorkshire, re: EEE value

Bidding will begin at $4.20/share on January 31st.

2001 Net Income and Cashflow model updated today indicating (in U.S. dollars):

EPS will be $0.75
CFPS will be $1.40

3 X CFPS is a heck of a price that could be justified by any aggressive suitor. This doesn't include any value for upside potential of Nova Scotia JV.

You've held on this long so hang on for the payoff now.

Good Luck!

His research on value, earnings, cash flow etc is always very good. Since Duke is a 20% owner I don't think they'll just give away their stake like some (TXLI).
