I don't believe daycares can discriminate based on sex. I don't know whether they should be able to or not. I wish they could do psychological testing- I would be more comfortable with that. However that is invasive of someone's rights. I would be invasive where my children were concerned- I have a problem making that decision for other people. I am conflicted about it. As for the masturbating guy- that only happened to me once. But similar things have happened to other women I know. It's just such a shock- it's the last thing you are expecting.
