Point taken, but EEE is still cheap no matter how you slice it. Duke proposed selling the company back at $3 to maximize shareholder value. I don't think they'll settle for anything less than $4.

I'll be happy with $3.50, anything higher is just gravy.

TXLI also was much smaller and had a huge amount of preferred shares outstanding.

EEE should be able to command more a premium (compared to TXLI) due to it's size. I'm very comfortable I'll at least get $3.50+.
